This covers one thing: the early access form on nasboard.me. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, email contact@nasboard.me and we will answer in plain language.
Who is responsible
NasBoard Co. is the data controller for the information you send through this form. Reach us at contact@nasboard.me, or by post at our Cairo office.
What we collect, and why
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your name | So we can address you properly when we reply. |
| Company or organisation | To understand the hiring situation before we call. |
| Work email | To send you the cost breakdown you asked for. |
| Phone number | To message you on WhatsApp, which is how we start. |
| Market and service selected | So the first conversation is about your case, not a script. |
| Date and time of the request | To answer in order and inside our stated 24 hours. |
We do not store your IP address. The form is rate limited to stop automated abuse, and that check runs on a one way cryptographic hash of the address rather than the address itself. A hash cannot be turned back into an IP. We do not store your browser or device details at all.
There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, so there are no cookies to consent to. The only cookie this site can set belongs to the private admin area, which visitors never reach.
Our lawful basis
You are asking us to contact you about a service, so under the UK and EU GDPR we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) for replying to you, and on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for keeping the site free of automated spam.
We will not add you to a newsletter or marketing list off the back of this form. If we ever want to send you something that is not a reply to your request, we will ask first, and a no costs you nothing.
Who else sees it
Your details sit in a database on our own web hosting. They are not sold, rented or shared with third party marketing. The only outside parties involved are:
- our web host, which runs the server the data sits on;
- our email provider, which carries the notification and our reply to you.
If your enquiry leads to an actual engagement, we will tell you at that point what else needs to be shared and with whom, before it happens.
Where it is held
On servers operated by our hosting provider. Because we operate in Egypt, Syria and the UAE, replying to you may involve our team in those countries seeing your enquiry. Where that means personal data leaving the UK or EEA, we rely on the appropriate safeguards for such transfers, and we can tell you which ones on request.
How long we keep it
- If we start working together: for as long as the relationship lasts, plus whatever local tax and employment law requires afterwards.
- If we do not: up to 24 months from your enquiry, then deleted.
- If you ask us to delete it sooner: we do, and it is gone.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything wrong;
- delete it;
- stop or limit how we use it;
- hand it over in a portable format;
- stop relying on legitimate interests, where that is our basis.
Email contact@nasboard.me. No form to fill in, no fee, and we will come back within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the EU and you think we have handled this badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority; in the UK that is the ICO.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are stored in a database that is not reachable from the public internet, and the admin area that reads them is behind a single password held as a hash, with lockout after repeated failed attempts. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise.
Changes
If this changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where it affects people who have already contacted us, tell them directly.
