What does an employer of record do?
An employer of record (EOR) is the local company that employs your team on your behalf. NasBoard handles contracts, payroll, tax and social insurance. You manage the employee’s work.
Do we need to register a company in Egypt or Syria?
You can hire through our local entities without setting up your own company. We review your hiring plan and confirm the arrangement before you sign.
How are salaries paid?
We arrange local payroll and agree the payment method, currency and schedule in advance. You receive one invoice with the agreed costs.
Is it legal to hire in Syria right now?
It depends on your jurisdiction, the work and the parties involved. We review the proposed arrangement and payment route before confirming whether we can support it.
What does it cost?
The cost includes salary, required employer contributions and a flat monthly service fee per employee. Our fee is not deducted from the employee’s salary.
