What does an employer of record do in Egypt?

An employer of record (EOR) employs your team locally on your behalf. The employee signs a contract with NasBoard and works with your managers, on your projects.

Our Cairo team handles the employment paperwork and monthly payroll. You agree the role and salary with your candidate, then receive a breakdown of the cost before signing.
